US IT Recruitment Executive / Sr. Executive/ TL

Experience – 1 – 7 years

 

  • Must have U.S I.T staffing Industry experience.
  • Experience in Hiring candidates of H1B/OPT/GC in W2 position
  • Experience into On-boarding candidates onto the Bench.
  • Experience in sourcing, screening, finalizing, and onboarding the consultants.
  • Experience in using portals like Dice, Monster, Career builder, Tech Fetch etc.
    Knowledge on I.T Technologies and its functionality. 
  • Good knowledge of Various Visa types.
  • Ability to convince the consultants on Rates, location constraints, availability etc.
  • Able to screen and Judge Consultants in all aspects and finalizing them.
  • Follow up with all the consultants on bench regarding submissions, interviews, and placements.
  • Maintaining the database of documents and all other information of all consultants.
  • Ability to work in a multitasking environment handling multiple assignments at a time.
  • Ability to attract technology talent from mid-size to large companies.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills (both verbal and written).
  • Very Good Understanding of H1B Transfers,Visa etc
  • Good Understanding of US Recruitment Tax terms (W2, Corp to Corp and 1099).
  • Good knowledge of the industry and competition, developing reports providing quick information on skill set and compensation
  • Executed exposure of international recruitment.

Recruitment Executive (BFSI)

Experience – 1 – 7 years

  • Responsible for handling end to end recruitment (BFSI) assignments for various clients and handling team of recruiters.
  • Analyzing and understanding the client requirement.
  • Experience of working on Naukri.com ,etc.
  • Sourcing, screening, Job posting and mass mailing profiles from job portal and other sources. 
  • Calling prospecting candidate, explaining them about opening. 
  • Short listing the candidates as per clients requirements and then scheduling up the interviews.
  • Regular follow up with the selected candidates to confirm their joining dates,
  • Maintaining and updating database of potential, prospective and rejected
  • Handling Team
  • Manage all recruitment activities through the internal systems. This includes updating candidate information, client information, billing information etc.
  • Act as the primary point of contact and manage Account Relationships. 

IT Recruitment Executive

Overseas Business development Executive / Manager

Salary Budget – 3 lpa – 8 lpa

  • Responsible for generating new business relationships and dealing with the foreign clients(UAE,Dubai etc). 
  • Bring business from gulf countries as well as pan India. 
  • Continue follow up with clients on a regular basis and taking Manpower requirements. 
  • Ability to manage the full life cycle recruitment process including: candidate sourcing, technical screening, reference checking, client interviews, salary negotiations, closing & follow up. 
  • Responsible for increasing client base and get new business and expand existing Business. 
  • Interlocking with the client on a regular basis to understand technical requirements, their needs and for Market intelligence. 
  • Extensive hands on experience in recruitment for entry, lead and senior management

Business development Manager

Salary Budget – 3 lpa – 8 lpa

  • Develop sales from clients and demand generation strategy and identify core markets (multiple industries available).
  • Developing a good understanding of clients & building strong relationships with key decision makers.
  • Maximize your sales, business development and network to develop new business.
    Network with candidates directly via various channels (database, social media, headhunting, referrals, jobsites etc).
  • Negotiating  and finalizing agreements between client 
  • Must have experience in acquiring contract/ permanent staffing business
  • Experience in Selling both Staffing and Managed Services. 
  • Getting Requirements and Fulfillment with the help of the Delivery Team. 
  • Must have a strong presence and network in Industry
